Wet & Wooly Time
We had a great time getting wet and playing with wool at our beginner felting class. Lynx Vilden guided us on our wooly journey with colors and textures to light our way. The history of felt is long and varied in it’s many uses for keeping us warm and protected, just as the sheep, or alpaca, or musk ox, or buffalo, or dog, or cat…….
Many beautiful projects were created, even a pizza potholder! The possibilities with wool are endless!
Becca’s beauteous flower!
Monica’s bodacious bee!
Mary’s marvelous watery moon!
Gentle tapping, sweet caressing, smooth rubbing, more agitation, intense rubbing, vigorous agitation, then rolling squishing, and finally ahhhh, felt. Did you feel it? I felt it……
