A Blocking Class & Steeking Class will be happening on that day so reserve your spot ahead of time as spaces are limited. Shade is available in different areas. Come enjoy socializing and meet your knitting & crochet community. 12 – 5 Carpooling encouraged, parking available across the street(while Closed), and at cherry stand. Evening Talk with John Steitz & Carol Tredwell-Steitz

Come out for an evening talk about the award winning Steitzhof Merinos!
Steitzhof Merinos raises colored merino sheep in the Flathead Valley. We have built this highly awarded flock from different merino strains from around the country and the world. This all began as a means to rebuild a plot of land we had purchased and my background as a failed commercial sheep producer back in the early 1980’s. The sheep were great but the market was not meant for small producers. 30 years later through conversations with producers, fiber artists, academics, friends and our own carried over knowledge we developed a different way to raise a flock of sheep to build a fleece in concert with building soil for a healthy environment. From there we continue to learn and develop. We will walk through a year at Steitzhof and build a fleece together.

Come knit with us! Every Thursday evening throughout the summer, in addition to our Thursday Fiber circle at the shop(11-2), we are now adding an evening time so our working friends can join us. Berroco is hosting a Tee Party again this year! Grab a pattern, some yarn and join us in making a tee for the month of August!
We will be hosting weekly LIVE check ins and giveaways over on our Facebook Berroco Makers group but you can also follow along in our Ravelry group and our YouTube channel!
