4 R Ranch, Tonasket

Robin Anderson of 4R Ranch, Tonasket WA stopped by for a delivery. She just got back from Fiber Fuzion NorthWest, where she won a blue ribbon for her fleece. Robin dyes her own yarns with fabulous colors that are eye candy for sure. We also got a bundle of roving from her for spinning or felting.

Howling Gale Farm

Got a visit from Kate Schutt of Howling Gale Farm Winthrop, WA. She raises Shetland sheep and has the fiber spun into beautiful consistant yarn. All these colors are the natural colors of the flock. You have to feel the warmth of this local fiber. Kate uses her fibers for weaving in her (very little) spare time. She showed me some items she wove and they are beautiful. Come in and cop a feel! hehe.
