Learn your first lace shawl.  Sandi will bring you through knitting this simple lace shawl.  You will learn how to read lace charts, recognizing the lace transforming, adding a lifeline, adding beads, fixing mistakes and blocking to allow your lace to bloom beautifully.  The pattern requires fingering weight yarn (main color 400 y and contrast color 290 y).  We have suggested Malabrigo Sock yarn in two solid colors for this pattern.  Enjoy a 10% discount on all class material. 

Bring with you to class, a US 4 32" circular needle, removable stitch markers, complimentary colored seed beads (if desired) and size 11 crochet hook if adding beads. 

Skill Level: Advanced beginner, very comfortable with knit/purl, increase/decrease and is comfortable working on a circular needle.
