Fan Mittens are a type of modular knitting meaning that it is started with one unit of a fan and then stitches are picked up to add additional fans until the entire mitten is finished. This class would be appropriate for the advanced beginner. The mitten is started with a provisional cast on and it would be desired that the student review this technique before class.

Materials needed:

Noro Silk Garden Sock Yarn.

US 1 or 2.25 mm circular needle

DPNs for the cuff
