Learn to Knit the Perfect Sweater: Masterclass Tips and Tricks

This class is packed with information for all level sweater knitters. You will learn about gauge, ease, seaming, button bands and all the tips and tricks that make your project fit better and have a professional finish. This class includes a full sweater measurement prior to class.

Each session is packed full of information and hands-on learning that can be applied to other projects as well. There will be homework between each class and drop-in help is available each Thursday 11-1p at the shop.

Skill level: Advanced Beginner knitter – must be comfortable with knitting, purling, increasing and decreasing.

Session 1: Understanding gauge, ease and fit. Learn new techniques that take your knitting to a new level.

Session 2: Learn about blocking, seaming, weaving in ends and button bands

Session 3: Hands-on seaming your sweaters

Session 4: Pick up button band and finalize the finishing touches.
