Learn Norwegian Lined Mittens

Sandi will lead the class through The Northman Mitten pattern.  In this class you will learn the Latvian braid technique, intricate colorwork, understanding and reading charts, and picking up stitches to create the inner mitten.  

We have selected the Ultra Alpaca Worsted Weight yarn to give you a wonderfully soft and warm mitten.  Please choose three colors two that need to be contrasting and one for the inner lining.  You will also be using the size of needle for the size mitten you are selecting to create.  You will also need the needle type based on your preferred method of knitting in a small circumference (DPN, Magic Loop or 2-9” needles).

Skill Level: Advanced Beginner/Intermediate – know knit/purl, increase/decrease, have done some stranded colorwork. Comfortable working in small circumference.
