Private Lesson with Sandi Avila at Fiber’s Studio, in Bigfork MT. $35/per hour. For very beginners there is a 2 hour minimum. Lessons can accommodate any skill level or content, not just beginner. Select 1, 2 or 3 hours for your quantity and check out. Then call the shop to schedule your lesson during shop hours Tuesday-Sat 10-5, and we will coordinate with Sandi.
Sandi - Bio
During a month-long visit, my German grandmother taught me to knit, that was close to 50 years ago. I have been knitting non-stop ever since, I always have something brewing on the needles. I continued my journey in knitting and found my true passion was knitting sweaters. I really enjoy the evolution of a sweater more than any other project. As an added bonus, I found a husband who encourages my knitting habit; he ventures with me to knit shops when we are traveling, it’s always on the itinerary. After I retired from a stressful career, I decided to share my knitting skills and knowledge and became an instructor teaching a whole host of different styles, techniques and skills. I am excited to be a part of Fiber, LLC and part of a wonderful community.
